Mark Adams is the chef and co-owner of Ricardo’s. He began his restaurant career at age 15. From the beginning he knew that he wanted to own his own restaurant. Mark has worked for many years as a server for several local restaurants. He is a self-taught chef and is proud of everything he has learned through his career. He began at Howard Johnsons in Kirkwood, MO and ended up at Salvatore’s Restaurant which he eventually bought.

  Mark and his 5 siblings grew up in Crestwood, Missouri where he attended Lindbergh high school and Meramec Community College. He is married to co-owner Michelle Adams and has 2 sons, Tim and Tom. Mark and Michelle have been happily married for over 20 years. Tim is a sophomore at St. Louis University College and Tom is a sophomore at St. John Vianney High School.

  Mark's second passion is springboard diving. Mark currently coaches diving for St. John Vianney High School, Lutheran South High School and Crestwood Swim Club.
