Tim
Adams is the oldest son of owners Mark and Michelle Adams. Tim is
a sophomore at St. Louis University College in St. Louis, MO. He was 4
years old when his parents opened Ricardo's and as a result has no memory of
life before the restaurant. Tim has worked at the restaurant since he was a
freshman at St. John Vianney high school. He began as a busboy but quickly
moved into the kitchen. His parents do not play favorites, as Tim had to begin
as a dishwasher. He is now working as an assistant to the Chef (his Dad),
whenever his school schedule and swimming schedule allow it. He is a year round
swimmer and aspires to break several school records.Tim’s favorite dish is the Penne Michelangelo, a recipe that his parents picked up on a trip to Rome, Italy. He is majoring in Business and is a member of the St. Louis University swim team. Tim hopes to attend culinary school after graduating college and some day he would like to take over the family business. |
