The Adams' took a wonderful trip to Italy in October 2005. They visited the towns of Milan, Verona, Soave, Rapallo, Portofino, Cinque Terra, Piedmont, and Milan. They had a chance to visit with winemakers and restaurateurs during their trip. They also took a cooking class in Rapallo. Some of these recipes are being used as dinner specials.
